eeelj operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing eeelj is lawful in their location.
All transactions on eeelj are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. eeelj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus terms — including multi-accounting or collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eeelj ("eeelj," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at eeelj.net. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the eeelj platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the eeelj platform.
1.1 By registering an account with eeelj or by accessing the platform in any capacity, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, together with eeelj's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 eeelj reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
1.3 This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. The eeelj platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of eeelj is lawful in your jurisdiction. eeelj makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with eeelj: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from eeelj or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of eeelj or its affiliated entities; (d) individuals accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
2.4 eeelj reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the eeelj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. eeelj is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeelj account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. eeelj will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.
3.4 You must notify eeelj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
4.1 As required by PAGCOR's anti-money laundering and player protection regulations, eeelj conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and at other points determined by eeelj's compliance team.
4.2 You agree to provide, upon request, valid Philippine government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to: PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or other documents as specified by eeelj's compliance team.
4.3 eeelj reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account closure.
4.4 All KYC documents submitted to eeelj are handled in accordance with the eeelj Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the eeelj platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eeelj does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. eeelj accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. eeelj does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your eeelj wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. eeelj reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable transaction limits, are published in the eeelj platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.
5.6 eeelj reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.
6.1 eeelj may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which are published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. eeelj reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other players, and any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
6.4 eeelj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform.
7.1 All games available on the eeelj platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and this Agreement shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All eeelj slot and RNG-based table games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in regulated studio environments.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure, eeelj reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. eeelj is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's programmed logic. eeelj is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeelj platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.2 eeelj reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities, without prior notice.

9.2 eeelj complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and is required to enforce self-exclusion requests. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
9.3 eeelj will not knowingly permit a self-excluded player to access the platform. However, eeelj cannot guarantee that a self-excluded player will be prevented from accessing the platform if they use a different identity or device. Players are responsible for not circumventing self-exclusion measures.

10.1 All content on the eeelj platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of eeelj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eeelj platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of eeelj's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeelj's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eeelj account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 eeelj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if eeelj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 eeelj does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. eeelj is not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit eeelj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 eeelj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
12.2 By registering an account with eeelj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to eeelj's legal and regulatory obligations.
13.1 eeelj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.
13.2 Your continued use of the eeelj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to eeelj's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
14.3 eeelj operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by eeelj may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
